各学院（教学部）：

按照天津市教委《关于做好我市“国创计划”十五周年荣誉奖项推荐工作的通知》（津教高函[2022]13号）要求，学校将组织开展“国创计划”十五周年荣誉奖项的推荐工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、“国创计划”十五周年荣誉奖项设最佳组织奖和最佳导师奖。请各学院（教学部）按照《国家级大学生创新创业训练计划实务周年荣誉表彰实施方案》（见附件1）的要求组织开展申报工作。其中，2018年以来入选国创年会项目的第一指导教师必须申报最佳导师奖。

二、各学院（教学部）于2022年5月5日前将申报材料以学院为单位提交到教务处。

（一）申报最佳组织奖的学院（教学部）需提交以下材料：

1.《国家级大学生创新创业训练计划十五周年荣誉表彰推荐表》（见附2）及加盖学院公章的扫描件。

2.按照《学院（教学部）“国创计划”十五周年回顾与总结撰写模板》《学院（教学部）推进创新创业教育改革与实践案例撰写模板》（见附件3）撰写的电子版申报材料各一份。

（二）申报最佳指导教师奖的教师需提交以下材料：

《国家级大学生创新创业训练计划十五周年荣誉表彰推荐表》电子版（附件2）及加盖学院公章的扫描件。

三、学校组织专家对申报材料进行评审，根据评审结果推荐优秀指导教师参加市级评审。学校对优秀的组织单位和个人进行表彰。

四、请各学院（教学部）高度重视此项工作，学校将以此次申报、评审结果作为人才培养工作考核、“大创计划”项目立项等工作的重要参考依据。
